Happy Halloween and Monday Funday! Packing a whole bunch of fruit and veggies to take to work to play it safe and gonna have a healthy breakfast before I go. That's all I can do right? Headed to the gym bc today our last step contest of the year starts today. I want to get in 12 k a day and maybe 2-3 days of weights this week (a reasonable goal in my world). The cardio will really help, Im sure of it since I had a small gain last week I want to work on that. I have 4 days till I weight in and I really really want to stick to plan. Even a fraction of a lbs is a win in my book. Tonite the kid works so DH and I are planning a movie night in. Pizza's for the family and Im making my Olive Garden copy cat salad (one of my favorites). Have a safe and happy halloween every one and lets make this a great week !!
