EMERGENCY PLAN!!!!
Before you eat out of the parameters of your diet, please follow the instructions on this list:
COLD : turn up the heat, get a blanket, take a bath, use the fireplace. THIRSTY : drink water, place bottle of water within hands reach. TIRED : take a powernap, close your eyes, meditate, sleep, take deep breaths. STRESS : pamper yourself, take off shoes, take off Bra, take deep breaths, light some candles, meditate/yoga, make future plans. EMOTIONAL : clean house, exercise, pamper yourself (do your nails) TEMPTATION : set yourself up for succes, spit it out! walk away, remove item. BOREDOM : make future plans, exercise, study, prepare healthy meals in advance, clean house. SOCIAL PRESSURE : recognise problem, recognise enabler/ saboteur, link that person to exercise, dont be jealous, drink tea. HORMONES : Dont feel sorry for yourself, ease up on the plan a little, pamper yourself. PAIN/ INJURY : exercise what you can, dont feel sorry for yourself, make future plans. HUNGER : eat soup, carrot, drink water, you are NOT going to die, handle it!
LONELY : call up some friends, make appointments, write letters/postcards, long term: volunteerswork... ANGER : identify what you are angry about, talk about it, take your mind of things, make future plans.
