Ok - So I had 3 days on the gold coast with my best friend and her family. Obviously she cooked kid friendly food and that is what we ate... (think pizza, pasta, hot chips, schnitzel, potatoes, and everything else that doesn't fit in well with a LCHF diet... I did a HCHF diet instead!) Anyway, after 3 days the results are in and after a 19 hour fast I weighed myself and I have put on 1.4 kgs. I am sure it will come off as soon as it came on, but I am done. At this rate I will not get to under 90 kgs before the end of the month. I really need to pull my finger out and put my nose to the grind stone this week. I might even throw in a walk or two to get things moving. I hope everyone else is doing well :)
