I have been working out 2- 3 times a weeks still, however, on my 5yr wedding anniversary, We found out that I am pregnant with our 3rd! All this hard work to drop weight, and now I will be gaining it all back...for a good reason :) I will continue to do cardio as much as I can tolerate but nothing extreme.
