Very excited to weigh in on Friday! I'm feeling great and excited! I dooo need to workout a couple times this week still and I will hopefully get that in tomorrow morning and some other time before the end of the week. I havent been completely perfect but portioning has been sooo much better than before and I'm already gaining a smAll sense of accomplishment. I have no doubts in my mind that I'll get there.
I feel like calorie counting is a little obsessive than actually learning what you are putting into your body. I feel better in these past two weeks than I did confident the entire time I was calorie counting. WOO BABY
