I did pretty good with eating all last week. I woke up on Saturday at 138 and then yesterday things went downhill. I was volunteering at the humane society and I didn't bring a snack so by the time I got home I was famished. I ate a little bit of everything and then my boyfriend ordered chinese and I had a little bit of that. So that explains today's weight. Right back to eating right today. I know I can do this since I have done it a million times before. I have to add exercise back in. I'm a little stressed right now since finals are this week and next. So hopefully once this is over I'll be able to get back to working out. Other than that I just hope to find enough time to cook some healthy food this week :)
