This is a huge jump and I'm not sure what's going on.
I haven't been drinking and its my third orange theory workout this week this morning.
Maybe I need to dial my diet in more (but I haven't been unreasonable)I guess I'll up my water intake and work on my diet today.
My graph shows sharp spikes up before hitting a new low so lets hope for that...
