Well I will not have a scale to weigh in with for the next several (5) days, so I am flying blind. I need to get into the hotel and do some quick shopping, then keep myself busy with studies and workouts at the gym. Holly is doing very well and I know this time we have the desire and tenacity to change our eating and sedentary habits.
134.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
