I am very hungry right now. I will give that hunger up to God. This is where change happens. I can tell that I am not doing things as well as I should because of all the areas of fat on my belly, legs & back. I can still grow better. I am not perfect. I will never be perfect but in order to be in an ideal place I need to change, to give things up. to die to self, to give things up, to recognize goodness & seek it, want it.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
