Yeah another work week has began.. NOT! However I am grateful that I even have a job as London has the highest unemployment rate right now..
Yesterday morning I was all full of motivation to do things, by the afternoon all that motivation had literally flown out the window. Did not even leave the apartment! But oh well... these things happen.
NOW is a new week with new challenges and disapline is going to be needed. Sick of the mid 130's, so going to do something about it.
