I have completely fallen off the wagon the last few weeks. Between getting the kids back to school, the girls dancing at Irish fest and just overall busy-ness, I have slacked in watching what I eat. I know some of the current weight gain is due to water weight because it's that time of the month. I'd like to say it's all water weight but I highly doubt it. It's time to get back on track. Here goes nothing.
