Happy Friday FS!
Woo hoo the weekend is almost here! Yeah! To stay ahead of the Thanksgiving temptations, I am hoping to get in some extra exercise this weekend. ;-)
I still need to get through today's office Thanksgiving festivities. That's all they talked about yesterday, food, food, food. Why oh why do we focus on food so much?!? Then the movie after work where the smell of popcorn could push me over the edge. So I need to focus!!! Be strong! I plan to weigh in again tomorrow so perhaps that will help me stay focused. I did jump on this morning and it was the same ... Good news!
So, is it possible for me to be in the next decade or 150s by the new Year? I think that will be my new focus. Do I even remember when I was in the 150s? No, but I remember when I hit 200 and thought no, what am I doing to myself? That's been awhile ago and before FS but my weight has been a constant struggle and battle for years. I am now at war with my weight and feel determined to win this battle!
Now, to get through today's challenges! Marching forward with determination, drive, and focus!!
