Weigh In. Had a slip in the upward direction 😞. I was expecting it. Steaming temps here so I just couldn't get motivated to walk yesterday. Back on schedule today!
96.7 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
