Happy Saturday, and weekend to our community! I was trying to talk myself out of working out yesterday, but finally "gotter done". I just did the elevated speed, 8 minute run, and left it at that. My maximum heart rate was around 160 BPM. My surgery was approved, and it looks to take place the middle of October, with a two day hospital stay. Everyone, have a great week end!
