Almost 3 pounds lost this week, but big slowdown from last week. Hoping to restabilize at around a 4 pound per week loss, but who knows. This low carb diet is supposed to be a faster weight loss program so I'm going to keep at it another week and see what happens. Been keeping up with my pool exercise for 1.5 hours per day. Staying positive since any loss is a good loss.
