Brunch was fried eggs, spam, squash, one slice of toast and a sauteed banana. Washed down with black coffee.

Hard to read but it says 35 minutes rode going 8.19 miles, burning 300 calories.
Later I will stop by Mcd's for a coffee and one of their new strawberry cream pies and tonight while working, a light Del Taco meal will be had.
Before bed, I will have a spoon of peanut butter washed down with a little milk.
