A very happy, recovering Friday for me. I finished my workout, after a bit of a mishap with my glasses, had me go home, and come back to the gym again. I upped my run speed on the treadmill from 4.5 to 5.0, which really changed it up. I completed an 8 minute run, went home, and came back to do another 8 minute run at 4.5 speed. Pretty beat today.
