Finished today on 1420 cals. I had my first piece of bread since last Sunday. A Subway 6 inch vege delite on oat bread with no cheese and no dressing.
I had some desert just now with some tinned pears and custard.
I'm going to aim for 1200 - 1300 cals 4 - 5 days and allow for extras on other days. I may have to adjust depending on work load.
