Woo Hooo!!!! ONDERLAND!!!! I can't remember the last time I felt so good about an accomplishment! So extra motivated now!! Thanks to all for the advice and support :)
90.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
