Catching up post. Forgot yesterday's meal activity.
Breakfast was 3 pc chicken with mole, rice, beans and a sauteed banana on the side. Plus 2 cups of black coffee.
Had a McD's strawberry cream fried piee and a coffee on my way to work.
Dinner later was a light fastfood meal with a Coke Zero from Del Taco.
No exercise yesterday.
Same weight when I got up this am, 179.6 pounds.
