Today was a tough day. Not feeling too good and my cravings for bread, cheese were calling me strongly. Since those foods are available in the kitchen for my family, it was very hard. I had to think that I don't want to ruin all my efforts and losing the nice results that I am seeing on my body to stop me throwing myself over it. I hope tomorrow will be a better day.

It is tough when the food is right there - but I always plan my menu ahead of time and that seems to help me choose only what is on the meal plan. Good Luck!

hey.. cheese is my weakness too, what I usually try is to drink a whole glass of cold water before giving up to a craving.. it does help ;) .. keep it up!! :)

I had to restrict certain foods and cheese was one of them. I found it very hard! But now am doing better with it, don't feel deprived, and have cheese sparingly by choice and really try to enjoy it in smaller portions. Tough thing to limit ourselves but the payoffs are great! Getting to maintenance weights allow us to add some food loves back in, just in controlled amounts. Keep strong with it and you will find the cravings lessen over time.
