OMG.... I wouldn't like to try it though.... You cannot be sure about the long term results. Plus it was only one man doing it

I agree with Sk1nny - it is the long term damage that this kind of food does to our systems that is the problem. We also do not know what his diet was like before he dropped his calorie intake - it could have been the same stuff in higher doses so that could reflect in the falling figures.
