Hello friends, It has been a long time. Life has been very crappy the last 4 months. Only good thing is stress is a good diet. Lost almost 25 lbs in 2 months. Now maintaining it. Plan is to go down 10 more lbs over the holidays. Pretty sure I can do that since my stress isn't going away for awhile. One day at a time and keeping my children happy. Happy Holidays Everyone. Jen
