Back to loosing about 2#s a week.
Got a little bit of carb creep coming in. After the first of the year I need to sit down and focus more on what my next step in OWL will be. I'm thinking that I'll try 30NET every day the first week and see how my losses are with that. No more cheating around the edges.
Water makes the difference. I'm averaging about 16 glasses a day. Also, been exercising at least 1/2 hour at least 3 days a week, and I think that is key to loosing well. Just that little bit of exercise is the difference between maintaining and loosing when I'm over 25 net carbs.
