Calorie intake right
Gym is an hour of cardio and only two of the workout exercises this week - last time I was too sore to move.
Feeling exhausted - but know some of that is alcohol detox Day 2
Gym will help
Early shift @ 11am
Challenge is meal planning today - must pick up more veggies
A loss is a loss and its nice it happened right away
