Yesterday I finally got up to an hour of sustained exercise at the gym. No change in weight followed, but my shoulders feel rather sore. After seeing my weight fall last week I don't expect it to change much this week. My belt is down to the middle hole; that means that my waist size is, I suppose 30 inches. I'm wearing 34 and 35 inch trousers, though. Nothing makes sense.
What I am hoping for is to reach my goal by the time I see my regular physician next, in February. That would be a pleasant surprise for her; I don't think she believed I'd ever lose as much as I had when I saw her last in August.
