Today was particularly tough.... I had to spend the day at my girls basketball tournament, and I couldn't get a workout or anything atkins-like to eat. AND THEN.... following the game the group all went out for ice cream. But I prevailed - I got a bottle of water. (Actually it didn't really appeal to me for some reason anyway so that was good.) Then I came home at 8:15 pm and had a little cold chicken with some salad dressing. Not too shabby.
