I am so glad to find this page. I am going to try to record everything I eat and exercise more. I need some motivation...I was up to 395lbs back in May2010, I am currently 292lbs. I was down to 280lbs but I have packed on 12 lbs, because I quit smoking ciggerettes. 100 days smoke free today. My goal is to be 177 lbs. So here it goes!
