Hooray, another pound lost. As some of you here know we have had a mini heat wave this past week in England. No air conditioning so was not able to exercise as normal. Today feels a bit fresher which is good as I do not cope well in the hot weather. Plan to start decluttering the sheds this morning, been hoarding things for more than 40 years. Might take me all summer as I have 3 big sheds to sort out. But I still plan to go to music in the park this afternoon.
