so my bf thought he would be "nice" and bring me home some potato chips. I have had a few rough days and he thought these would cheer me up abit. 😕. the gesture was sweet,. but those delicious fat laden, sodium suckers are definitely not scale friendly at all. I am drawn to them like a boat to a lighthouse on a foggy night. I know I should have more willpower, and simply say no. but dang it all I don't. needless to say the scale reflects my weakened state to the lure of the potato chip devil itself. oh well all I can do is move forward and maybe find some junk food repellent.. lol hope everyone has a good weekend. ** to anyone living with the "heat warning, please stay hydrated, and keep yourself cool.. heat illness is dangerous.
