July 19,2016 Rough day. I was o.k. till my son asked me to get him a piece of his ice cream cake. After that, it was like I was on a bender that started with some of his ice cream cake, then a sugar free candy, then on to saltines and a double portion of almonds in an attempt to try to bring myself back round and finishing off with a couple of whole grapefruit. I have no one to blame but myself. I am picking myself up, dusting myself off and driving my wagon tomorrow so my hands will hopefully be too busy to fall off of it again anytime soon.
