I have been eating more of a brunch vs breakfast and/or lunch. I am slowly learning that certain food combinations do not agree with my stomach at all. emotionally I am feeling a tad bit better,. but when I step on the scale and see that I am up even 1/2 a lb it ruins my whole day. I still do not see the weight loss in the mirror at all. starting to wonder if I ever will.. I have tried the whole find something that I like about my body, but lately nothing.. oh boohoo poor me .😟😫
