bout to hit the reset button. these stubborn ten pounds have GOT to go before i freak out. trying to keep a positive mind.

i've stopped sitting at work i am just really having a hard time overeating. i'm trying to control my day the most and its easier while im at work, but at home is my struggle. i'm also trying to work out at least three times a week and so far so great :)

I have a problem with portion control too. My problem is salty foods or meats. I tried eating a vegetarian diet through the week and only getting meat on the weekends. It has helped tremendously! It's good food, but not an actual craving so I can stop myself before over eating. Good luck!
