Been a good day. I ate an early supper at 4:30pm. Atkins Frozen Dinner & coffee. Went to church, they had the Malpass Brothers performing, and I thought they were really good. But afterwards they served a meal. Did'nt really want anything but the Deacons guided us into the line. I ate a sliver of ham, a devilled egg, & a small chicken drumstick. Hopefully it won't make me gain anything. Well got to go do my exercises. Thank you all for the support.
