goooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 28 with a wind chill of 18...just finished breakfast and gettin ready to layer up an do a morning walk...not sure how far yet...depends on my motivation an how far i can get on it...lol...gonna do same route, but opposite direction, so will still get a 3.5 mile walk in...if i go that route...guess i got in the its to easy to sit at the computer an let the exercise time slip past me routine...so todays a new day an a new start of gettin bck into that other healthy routine...i didnt make it to walmrt yesterday, but did go online to look at there website...an looked at the workout dvds...also went to itunes...but didnt make any purchases yet...well id like to sit an chat, but i need to layer up an get this body MOVIN !!!!!!!!!!!...catch you all when i get bck from a refreshin morning walk...
