This may look like I did not do good but this is after DC and 4th of july. I was much higher like around 124. I went on really stick count of calories and at least got it down to only a 2oz gain. Hopefully next weigh-in I will be down more. Plan to go to beach resort first weekend in August so I need to really get serious.
