A happy Thursday to the FatSecret community. Well, I went to the gym again for my weekly workout, and increased my run time by 2 minutes, but also, most likely, maxed out my heart rate to 177 BPM. That is kind of pushing it for my age. I know my heart is strong, but I DON'T want to push over 180. My resting heart is around 60-70 BPM. I felt=recovered, very well, which is a sign of shape. I am looking into a new radiation method called CyberKnife. There are a few places here, that do it, in Palm Springs and Anaheim. I talked to a number of guys at the gym, who have prostate cancer, and got some ideas. Have a wonderful day!
