So unhappy with my efforts this week. Monday and Tuesday were good. The rest of the week went down the toilet! It is Sunday today, and I am trying to get on the horse again today, because I didn't want to wait until tomorrow (always monday) - so out of 6 days, 2 good 4 bad.. I ran into a friend of mine - who has lost 18 kgs, and she is looking amazing. I think it was the motivation I really needed. The rest of the today will be filled with work - it will be challenging because I will be doing 4 flights today, and ending up in Adelaide. I have all of tomorrow in Adelaide and then signing on in the evening, going to Perth, and then immediately doing the red eye to Melbourne. I will try and sleep late tomorrow so that I have less time to do damage. I might get a salad from the supermarket to take with me on my way to Perth (and add some roast chicken for protein). It gets really hard when I am not at home everyday to cook my own food. Anyway, happy sunday all! Good luck for the week :)
