Buffet pics later. Breakfast was steelcut oats with a banana, toast and coffee.
Interesting workout on exercycle by normal speed 4 minutes, then a minute faster, 70 rpms or more, slow etc. Included 30 seconds 90+.
Total time was 37:45, going 9.11 miles, burning 334 calories.
