PamH525's Journal, 27 Jun 16

So, when I first got the scale I had been seeing constant loss. HOWEVER... I did seem to hover around the same once I got the dumbells and started working out a bit. THEN I actually gained some weight and went back up to 210, but I attributed that to having a Guinness and some of mom's birthdayt cake. Maybe possibly even the work I was doing with the weights. Well, today I'm back down to 208 (208.4 is still a bit more than 208.2, but it sure beats 210!).

The great thing is that I started seeing more and more people say that they would gain or not lose but would go down in inches and to pay attention to that and not focus on the scale so much. So, I went out and got a tape measure and while I have only been using it for a week or so, I am down at least an inch in my waist! Very inspiring - So yeah me!!!

*** Since most of my clothes were of the "stretchy" or "oversize t-shirt" variety, I started this when they got pushed to their limits, so I am very curious how long it will take before I start to see results when putting clothes on. They are fitting better, but I can't wait for them to be loose lol!
