3 cheers for awareness. I've had little willpower in the face of temptation. I think for me, I'm going to try visualizing my midsection melting away due to a low sugar and white carbs diet, and then also try to see those muffin tops when I look at a muffin or other unnecessary thing. I was reading a Men's Fitness article at the salon last week - something about getting 6 pack abs. The author pointed out that FIRST THING is to clean up your diet so that all the hard work you do will show. Yyeeeaahh. And of course there were plenty of visuals on the beautiful results. Okay so you and I might be a ways from this, but just sayin - it really is quite simple. Do we reallly want it? If so, let's go get it!!! 😆
