Brunch was a bbq beef rib, spinach, potatoes with onion and maybe tomatiio, plus fried apple slices. Washed down with lots of coffee. Oops, forgot the biscuit!

Followed by 45 minutes on the exercycle going 10 miles and burning 367 calories. No sprint at the end. No dumbbells today.
