A most happy Saturday and weekend to the FatSecret community! I am truly sorry for any problems my most resolute views have caused on this site. I meant no harm. In my depressed state from recent tragedies, I once again expressed my very personal views. I will, going forward, not make comments in regards to the Second Amendment of our Constitution of the U.S., on here at this site. Lately, I have more pressing issues, just keeping things somewhat normal in my personal life. I hope, I can continue here, and mend fences with Misty, in particular, as I don't believe I wish to proceed without her here on this site. Please, try and talk her back, as we need her support. Thanks Carmen and Phil! You are right! All good people. We are bothers and sisters, in sharing our lives and our struggles with diet, fitness, and life. I love all of you! One of my dead brothers, that I would like to memorialize, said these important words, Love, love, love!, John Lennon! Lets also remember John F. Don't beat yourself up too bad. Depression is a terrible place speaking from experience. I was diagnosed with clinical situational depression when my brother died in 2005 and I remember how easily I was quick to respond to posts when I was hurting so bad. I just want you to know you aren't alone and I will keep you in my thoughts. *hugs*

Caterpillar, I don't suffer from depression, but I don't have much family either. I have a gay nephew, who struggles with discrimination, and not being able to carry on our family. I do have friends, that suffer from depression, and it is a huge struggle. My thoughts go out to FatSwatter.

Caterpillar2Butterfly AKA FatGirlJenny. Sorry for the misinterpretation. I told my therapist once that "I don't have depression once (after years of healing)& I'm just depressed sometimes. That's normal right? Everyone gets depressed sometimes?". His response was, "Being sad is normal, not being depressed." Hope things get better on the home front! Again, sorry for the misinterpretation. Nevertheless, we are still here!

I did too, as I ate the leftovers of this huge pork shank I had at a restaurant the other night. My wife brought home pancakes too. Now I am engrossed in a love triangle murder mystery, in which this young lady kills her love interest's fiancée. This is what we watch every night. Oprah Winfrey Network! LOL Man, this guy had these ladies fighting over him. He was just kind of naïve and stupid too. lol

Caterpillar no worries, as I am an open book. Just tell it like it is. This murder mystery is one of the best, and I watch tons of these. Some extremely smart women, whose ego was so huge, she represented herself in her murder trial. Wow!

I can't wait for these kids to go to sleep so I can endulge in some crime tv! Sounds like my kinda Saturday night Warren! There was a man murdered a block from my house today, all the traffic got rerouted in front of my house! My heart goes out to the victim & his family.

Interesting, that my nephew called me and said his block was yellow taped from a shooting and killing at an apartment close to him. They cleared everyone to the front of the large complex.

Yay finally get to tune into ID channel... I just read about Robert Rhoades the truckstop killer, that's very scary stuff! Never saw the Las Vegas show but sounds very educational!
