7/4 me and my bestie are going on a early morning hike and then a swim in a local spring so this will be the 1st time I put a swim suit on in front of a non family member in like 3 years. MY friend is super non judgmental and is actually very supportive but Im still super insecure. BUT, Im facing my fear head on. Still havent found the right suit yet so if I end up using the one I have, Im jumping in with a pair of shorts on top of it. no cares but me anyway LOL. Im trying hard to buckle down on my diet and at least have a semi flat stomach when we go. I can hide the lower flab and cellulite and stretch marks in my shorts LOL. And its going to be a awesome day spent with lots of activity and good times. With that said, Im setting some personal goals for the next two weeks. 1. Get down to 20-30 net carbs. 2. Hydrate 3. dont skip any work outs 4. Dont sweat the small stuff 5. and dont cheat. Not even one bite. I just have to remind myself how bad to I want this.
