Time flies. I've let my weight sneak up above what used to be my "STOP HERE" number. I think it would make sense to have a goal range instead of a number. If you go above the top of the range, you modify your plan. Im not sure what my range is, but I know I felt great. Maybe 130 to 140?

yup, the number 169 would definitely be my range top number. Maybe 150-169, something like that.

It makes sense for the slightly OCD crowd to allow for the natural up and downs. Glad your eating so well with June. I imagine she's feeling good about having her body back (except for milk suppliersâș).

She's already lost like 20 pounds. She'll be back to her old self in no time.

Glad for June -I figured that would be easier for her than most. Getting blood tests done today in case dizziness is from low iron. You're probably right, but it came on quickly and stayed all week, so wondering if its something else. Dr will call if he suggests supplements. Love you, buddy!
