Morning all... half way through another week.... :) Well today on my walk to work I was thinking that everyday I learn something about myself and others. I learnt that for myself I need to do things daily in order to create a habit. I also need to challenge myself and stick to the mini goals that I am personally setting. For others I've realized that if they can not take 5 minutes out of their day to responde to a message or to send a message on special days that they are just not worth my time and that I should let them go no matter how long I have known them. Unfortunately this was a close friend whom I thought would be there for me, but apparently I was wrong on that front. Better to let go with good feelings then to harbour negative ones. So as this journey continues I find that my mind set is changing with my body. I know I have said this before but cleansing the body, cleanses the soul too. This is no longer a diet, nor a specified eating plan... this is a mind set, based on healthy eating, exercise and self awareness. Well that is it for today... had to babble all this out.
