That is enchiladas, a big panfried chicken breast along with about 1 1/2 fried bananas. All washed down with plenty of coffee and water laced with Tampico citrus punch. Very tasty!
Hopefully my cell net connection will improve and I can put up the display from the exercycle. If not, 35 minutes ridden, going 8.3 stationary miles, burning 304 calories.
Comments received prompt me to let you know that, yes, I have one big meal a day usually with a light Mexican fastfood meal and a couple of snacks later.
Also today, after the cardio, did a real good and SLOW dumbbell workout. To the point, that I almost dropped it onto my girlfriend's wooden floor. Whew! She would have taken that db to me 4 sure, if I had dropped it.
