Happy Friday to the community. My close friend, who has helped me many times, called and asked me for a big favor. He first asked me if I would take his son to Vegas. I told him my wife wouldn't have it. Then he tells me his family life is in turmoil, and would I soon take his wife and kids to Vegas. Well, that was kind of shocking. His wife is 20 years younger. Not sure how this will play out, but I am a bit perplexed. We both have similar situations. lol He finally asked me to take his son to a club, and teach him the ropes. Wow, have I got a full agenda. Here is my workout! I was very happy with it. Ran more 2 min. more, and lowered my maximum heartrate.
