Day2 on 28day diet plan. Yesterday wasn't so bad. Just struggling with headaches need to up my water intake. Fell of the wagon the last time but in a good space now so will see what happens

Headaches can also be caused from the fact of carb reduction. Will be like that for 3-4 days. But hang in there - it is worth the cleansing.
