Weight the same 3 days in a row.

Brunch was frijoles, guess it could be called succotash, a corn tortilla, cake and lots of coffee.



Also rode the exercycle for 31 1/2 minutes going 6.85 miles and burning 251 calories. Plus did 3 dumbbell sets.

Sounds delicious Sonnymac, just curious, are you doing the "eat once a day diet"?

Basically on a work day, I have a big morning meal and usually get a light dinner from Del Taco, due to time restraints. Add a snack, say a big spoon of peanut butter washed down with a little milk, and I am good for the day. It works for me.
